COMMUNITY OUTREACH RETURNS
Christmas Coat & Toy Drive
After a few years away from hosting large community events, April Stanley is bringing the holiday outreach tradition back through EmpowerHer Visionary Circle.
This December, EHVC plans to support less-fortunate families in the community with new winter coats, toys, and a holiday experience centered on warmth, dignity, connection, and joy.
Exact date, location, donation drop-off, volunteer, and family-registration details will be announced soon.
A TRADITION OF COMMUNITY SERVICE
Family Day & Back-to-School Outreach
Before EmpowerHer Visionary Circle, April Stanley spent years bringing families together through her former organization, SISTAZ Reaching Out. One of its signature traditions was an annual Family Day—a large summer picnic created for women, children, and families in the community.
Families came together for food, activities, connection, and a back-to-school giveaway that provided children with bookbags and school supplies. Many of these community events were personally funded by April because the mission was always bigger than the resources available at the time.
That spirit of service is now becoming part of the foundation of EHVC.

EmpowerHer Visionary Circle was founded by April Stanley from a deeply personal commitment to empowering women, strengthening families, and creating opportunities that lead to lasting change.
Her years of community service, outreach, entrepreneurship, and leadership helped shape a vision for an organization where women are not only encouraged—but equipped to move forward with confidence, purpose, and opportunity.
